Skin is something you keep.
A limonaia is the glass house where lemon trees are brought in for winter — and go on flowering through a season that should have killed them. That is the whole idea. Care that continues, rather than a thing you get done once.
A limonaia isn't a greenhouse.
It's a winter house.
On estates across Tuscany and along Lake Garda, lemon trees spend the cold months inside tall glazed halls built for exactly that purpose. Nothing is forced. Nothing is rescued. The trees are simply kept in conditions where they can go on doing what they already do.
That is a better description of this work than most of the language the industry uses. We are not correcting you. We are not fixing a problem you arrived with. We are keeping something in good condition, on a schedule that suits it — which is slower, steadier and less dramatic than the before-and-afters suggest.
It is also, as it happens, our founder's name.
Four things, and each one is yours.
Your consultation
A licensed prescriber evaluates you in person before any treatment is planned or ordered. It is a real appointment, not a formality on the way to a sale.
Your plan
You leave knowing what we recommend, what it costs, how many sessions it usually takes, and what it will not do. If the honest answer is that you don't need it, that is the answer you get.
Your pace
Most things here work as a course rather than a session. You decide the interval. Nothing expires, and nothing has to be bought in advance to get the price.
Your results
We will tell you what typical looks like for your skin, not what best-case looks like for someone else's. Photographed the same way every visit, so you can actually see it.
Nothing happens that you didn't agree to first.
Six things, done properly.
Rather than a menu of forty. Each one is performed by a named, licensed provider under physician supervision.
Laser hair reduction
A course of sessions that permanently reduces regrowth. Most people need six or more, spaced across a growth cycle.
PhotographyTattoo removal
Priced per session by size and ink. How far it fades depends on colour, depth and your skin — we'll tell you before you start.
PhotographyMicroneedling
Controlled injury that prompts the skin to rebuild its own collagen. Texture, scarring and fine lines.
PhotographyChemical peels
From light resurfacing with a weekend of flaking, to deeper work that needs real downtime. Chosen to your skin, not a tier.
PhotographyFacials
The maintenance layer. Extraction, hydration and exfoliation on whatever interval keeps your skin steady.
PhotographyWaxing
Straightforward, unhurried, and not upsold into anything else while you're on the table.
Unretouched, and typical.
Every photograph here is taken in the same room, in the same light, at the same distance and angle. None are edited. None are chosen because they were the best outcome we ever had.
Every person pictured signed a separate release specifically for this — not buried in a treatment consent.
You will know exactly who is treating you.
Every provider here is named, licensed, and listed with the credential they actually hold.

I wanted somewhere that treats skin like something you tend, not something you fix once and photograph.
Allison Lemon · Founder
I trained in a field that often sells urgency — a problem you didn't know you had, and a package to solve it before you leave. That was never the work I wanted to do.
A limonaia is a quiet, practical, unglamorous building. Its entire job is to keep something alive and flowering through the part of the year that works against it. That felt closer to the truth of this than anything else I could have put on the door.

Published, because it should be.
